Let us explain.
We’re not bothered about the numbers. We’re not a ‘get ‘em through the door’ kind of school. We haven’t created a one-size-fits-all training programme that we expect you follow. Of course, we have a schedule to keep to, but our programme is flexible. What works for one person may not work for another. We always have this in mind. In other words, we tailor the service to the candidate.
What does this mean in reality? Well, to keep it blunt: we focus on your weak points. Say you need an extra half-hour to practise your reversing, you don’t even need to ask.
Some schools focus on the statistics. The percentages. But not us. To NEDs, you’re not a number: we’re not here to get you through your test by the skin of your teeth. We’re here to turn you into an observant, competent, and confident LGV driver. By the time your test comes around, all the hard work is already done. After a week with us, your test will be almost a formality.
Learning is a process. Our learners have all the access to the help and support that we offer. Night or day, our instructors are on the end of the phone to soothe your concerns.
We’re adaptable. We try to work around you. We understand that not everyone can take time off to train, so we offer weekend classes. We know that for many it’s difficult to find time to study for theory tests, so we can offer pointers and guidance by email.
We want you to be the best driver you can be. In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll pass your test first time, that should you not, we’ll pay for your retest when you rebook with us.
What is there to lose?
